Reason: almost certainly bad romanisation.

Appears to go by 津田　宗一郎 on pixiv. Based on the account name Tsuda seems the logical family name reading to chose, but do you have a preference on the given name? None of the options are jumping out at me.

My copy of Enamdict only lists Souichirou. Do you get anything else?

::checks:: Oh, I wasn't paying close enough attention, and didn't notice the list moved to the possibilities for only the first two kanji after Souichirou. Yeah, aliasing to tsuda_souichirou.
