Honestly, your post is phrased in a pretty confusing manner, so I still don't fully understand what you're getting at. I believe you are seeking a tag specifically for in the (usually NSFW) cases where the glitch is caused by something happening, i.e. sex? If so, I can see the merit in a tag for it, honestly halo orgasm doesn't even sound that bad as a name either, it feels like it describes what's happening pretty well.

Could this tag be extended for similar concepts, like post #5906368?

There is no detailed description, because the distortion of the halo can be caused by anything, the main thing is to see in the picture that it is distorted (obviously)
But yes, since in most cases this happens during sex and is a kind of additional designation of orgasm, then your words are also true and this will be the most popular way to use the tag.

I chose distorted halo rather than halo orgasm because although it is humorous, in my opinion it is not very accurate and not everyone can guess it

In fact, these "flying ears" are not a halo, and therefore cannot fit the tag distorted halo itself, but this is just my opinion.
