Tag change: name_characters(character) -> name_characters

The name_characters tag was recently changed from a regular tag(blue) to a character tag(green). This tag is often used in images with many character tags(20+), all it does is describe the existence of character notes on an image, similar to the translated tag. Can it be changed to a regular tag?

It should be a regular tag. If anything, it's a meta-tag. I've changed it back.

That shouldn't be. Some idiot's going around changing tagtypes willy-nilly. (see forum #29997)

name_characters should not be a character tag. Thanks for pointing it out.

Ah, too bad there's no history of who changes tagtypes. Though I guess it's not really an issue often enough to be worth it.
