Artist Name Conflict

The artists name is yorunarup, however, when I go to make their artist profile, it states their name has already been taken but by someone else who isn't them. What should I do?

That looks to be the same artist, as evident by twitter #1764273553544003910 and https://yorunarup.lofter.com/post/4c4ec189_2bb516e97. I've added their Lofter to the profile page
