create implication holding_shinai -> shinai
create implication holding_shinai -> holding_sword
create implication shinai -> wooden_sword
If someone is holding a shinai, well, there is a shinai in the picture.
A shinai is a bamboo sword used in kendo, so holding_shinai should also imply holding_sword and shinai should imply wooden_sword.
BUR #35283 has been approved by @evazion.

We don't tend to make granular holding weaponry tags. holding katana and holding rapier are aliased to holding sword, so this shouldn't be any different.

Holding shinai is so undertagged that I don't even think a deprecation is necessary. If it was a larger tag for a more notable weapon such as a katana I would probably meh vote it on the principle of wanting it to be aliased to holding sword instead (notice how holding katana is aliased to it because it's a very notable type of sword for most posts).
We usually reserve deprecation when we want to prevent a tag from being readded and other options such as aliasing are off the table. So it is a bit confusing that you do recognise the other aliases but chose to deprecate holding shinai anyway. Not every nuke needs to be accompanied with a deprecation.
