Clarification on cross-section and related tags

Posted under Tags

There are currently 5 cross-section related tags that are being used semi-interchangeably: cross-section (12k), cut-away (48), diorama (681), dollhouse_view (159), and floorplan (221). However, I feel that post #8411915, post #6656752 and post #8398880 are sufficiently different in character that they should not be covered by a single tag, and thus I would like to propose clarifying four of these tags and then removing/aliasing/etc the fifth.

1. Cross-section is far and away the largest tag at 12k posts, but is less than 2% rating:g, and just over 3% is:sfw, so the relevant images to this topic are on a similar scale to the rest. I propose that this tag be limited to posts which are a literal cross-section, such as post #6569610 or post #6049602

2. Cut-away would be for images where sections have been removed to reveal the inner workings, but which are not literal cross-sections, nor fall under the next two categories, such as post #8398880 and post #7898929

3. Diorama would be for images showing a narrow slice of the world, such as found in a diorama, as portrayed in post #8411915 or post #8507850

4. Dollhouse_view would encompass all cut-away type views which show the interior of a structure or vehicle, as seen in post #6656752 and post #3205370

5. Floorplan appears redundant and covered by dollhouse_view or other tags, and may end up empty after images are all properly tagged to the first four categories anyway.

If this is generally acceptable to the community, I am willing to update the Wiki entries to clarify what goes into each tag, with cross-references, and to do tag-gardening on these 5 tags to get them into good order, as they currently contain a lot of mistagged posts that should have been tagged to related tags such as x-ray or simply do not belong at all.
