I'm sympathetic to people's concerns that we don't want to make specific franchise tags when there are more generalized tags which accomplish the same goal. The problem is, that the latter isn't the case when Pokemon can include both animal-like creatures and humanoid ones. I don't know of a good alternative to searching for or blacklisting posts which either only feature Pokemon, or depict situations like a human hand creeping into frame enough to disqualify no humans. Having a blanket way to indicate that you either only want Pokemon posts showing trainers, or only posts of the Pokemon themselves is something I think is useful. If somebody wanted to look at lewds of just the human trainers, then excluding pokemon (creature) wouldn't be sufficient because it'd block posts such as post #8752135 and post #5241871 which only include the Pokemon as a minor background element, and excluding no humans isn't sufficient because you end up with lewds of humanoid characters like Gardevoir and Mawile.
I quickly added 3000 of my own posts to the tag about a week ago when I realised that somebody else had populated it. I'm not going to invest a significant amount more time into gardening it if the tag has a chance of being nuked, but I'll do that should this BUR be rejected.
