Matches existing implications to censored as the speech bubbles aren't part of the world (like convenient censoring)

I'd say it's still closer to convenient censoring than regular censorship. It may not be part of the world, but it's still conveniently put there by the artist, often as a deliberate gag or tease, similar to a hair censor.
