Raana is a (sort of) cat

BUR #35600 has been approved by @evazion.

mass update favgroup:38131 -> raana_the_cat

Kaname Raana is characterized as a "stray cat", and as such many fanarts include that as a theme. I've populated a favgroup of posts which all highlight this cat-ness. These can include:

I think this is worth categorizing in some way, despite being character-specific, because it's pretty common yet difficult to search. It's not really pool #4944 since she is neither a proper cat girl nor is this concept limited to instincts and behaviors. An alternative, non-character specific approach to this would work too, but since I've just focussed on this character I'm not sure how feasable that is.

I've made this BUR for an unqualified tag, since nothing else shows up in autocomplet when typing raana, and since a tag would make it more likely to be found and used, but I'll add a pool BUR option too. My reason for leaving out the family name is that it sounds a bit clunky as a tag name, but if it's between a qualifyer or adding a family name, I'd personally prefer the latter.

Something like this being a tag is hugely odd to me, especially a character tag. It's not describing a specific appearance of Raana or anything specific at all, just any situation where Raana is linked to cats in any way. That's the textbook definition of a pool. Azusa is also commonly connected to cats, but you wouldn't make a tag for it, would you?
Were it not for evazion's comment, I would have thought he approved the wrong BUR by mistake. I understand there's been a attempt to move away from hyper-specific pools (like the glutton tag leading to the nuking of several pools), but I don't think this is a case where the concept fits a tag, much less a chartag.

The chartag category was a mistake (which has been fixed), I'll defer what evazion has said regarding the rest.

Isn't the "indicators of catness" criterion kind of subjective for a tag?
post #7143675 and post #7246503 literally just look like a girl with a cat in the picture to me.

The favgroup was populated with basically 1 gardening pass by me, so it probably won't be perfect. That said, post #7143675 is definitely a "feral instincts" type thing because generally people dont sit on the ground in the rain next to an umbrella. Personally, post #7246503 also gives "we're the same" vibes, but I can see it being argued about.

I'm going to echo this. I can't think of another tag on this site that's quite this subjective and vague. There's no real "character meme," it's just a loose collection of images with a similar theme. This is a quintessential "pool concept" to me, not a "tag concept." If this is suited to be a tag, then I think probably the vast majority of collection pools could be switched to tags. Maybe that's the direction evazion wants to go, I don't know. But this certainly sets a completely new precedent.

evazion really doesn't like collection pools and has said once before that he thought they should all become tags. You'll also notice that a lot of incredibly old collection pools were recently turned into tags as part of an incomplete commitment to that. To paraphrase what he's said before about them besides that they should become tags; they were a mistake due to lack of crackdown on using pools to circumvent disallowed subjective tagging and the only difference between tags and pools functionally is site culture.
