Aliasing grayscale -> monochrome.
Reason: Both are used to describe pics in black and white.

I don't know, would post #461190 be considered monochrome?

Monochrome isn't always black & white, it's also any other monochromatic color scheme such as sepia. (c.f. post #559838, post #560451, post #562189 for other examples) Grayscale does imply black & white only.
We would be destroying information if we aliased this, though an implication wouldn't be a bad idea. An implication for sepia might be a good idea as well.
EDIT: Actually sepia has some non-monochromatic posts in it, we'd need to either clean that up and fix the definition or not implicate. As for post #461190, though it doesn't really fit the mold, I wouldn't have a problem calling it monochromatic.
