Newbie tagger, got a question

At what point should I remove tagme? When I'm adding tags, I see a little X/20, is that the threshold for tagme? Should I remove it when that threshold is reached/passed?

tagme gets auto-removed at 30 tags. But generally once you hit all the level 0/1 tags you can remove it (see howto:tag checklist).
