rename kometani_chuusaku -> kometani_chuushaku

Misspelling

I'm finding conflicting readings, with some sites using Chuushaku based on the hiragana, but for example MAL uses Chuusaku (https://myanimelist.net/character/191686/Chuusaku__Kometani). Importantly though, the anime website uses Chuusyaku (https://komisan-official.com/character/#/kometani). As much as I hate romanizations like this, unless there's a contradicting official source, this is what should be used.

The official English manga released by Viz media uses Kometani Chushaku.
