Aliasing himapan -> side-tie_panties.
Reason: Easier to type, means the same thing, and we already have similar aliases such as shimapan -> striped_panties and nopan -> no_panties.

That's because the proper name is himopan and it's aliased already. Himapan is misspelling.

They're oooooooold, from before the Great Anti-weaboo Campaign. They used to be the canonical tags, then got changed to the English equivalents.

Yeah, they should, like how the wiki for ⑨ mentions you can get it by typing (9).
