If the English translation is from the artist, and it doesn't look like they just tossed it into Google translate without even speaking English themselves, I see no harm in posting it. I'm unsure what you mean by this it having 6 variations with half of them being English text, though. There's only five images at the source you provided, and only one of the 5 is in English. I would upload all five of them, personally.

If it's official it counts as an alternate language. Potentially redundant, no guarantees it would be approved. If it's unofficial it's hard-translated and is against the upload rules. edit:sniped

Yes it counts as alternate language, but no it's not redundant assuming it doesn't suck (like what blindVigil described).

There was another post prior to that one, but thank you for your feedback. I'll go ahead and post the English versions.

Ah, my apologies. I misread what you said initially (doesN'T look like they tossed it into Google Translate). The post with 6 variations has a bit of a choppy translation, but I suppose it does contribute something.

Yeah, images 4 and 5 look fine, but that sixth page is kinda what I was referring to. Both the typesetting and translation look a little scuffed. The first bubble doesn't sound natural and the usage of floating ellipses instead of normal ones looks weird. It's up to the approvers for that one.
