Another name for Da Capo V's Shirakawa Akari as shown on VNDB.
It's possible this tag was made because VNDB lists two different characters as Shirakawa Akari (including the kanji). However, this is an error. There is only one Shirakawa Akira. The girl with the white hat is actually named Shirakawa Aika, as shown here on the official site.
