Alias paper_sheet_mask -> paper_on_head

BUR #38077 has been rejected.

create alias paper_sheet_mask -> paper_on_head

Most instances of paper on head is the one that involves having it being pasted on the character's face like a mask, therefore I think it should at least have an alias for it.

topic #25645, I think the concept of paper as a mask/covering the face should be a subset of paper on head rather than an alias. paper on head can have a lot of different things, like ofuda on head or other stuff like post #8992594.
