Hatsune inku

BUR #38211 has been rejected.

create implication hatsune_inku -> hatsune_miku
create implication hatsune_inku -> splatoonification

hatsune inku is a common nickname for the splatoonification of hatsune_miku, and a user might search hatsune_inku
it should either imply both the splatoonification and hatsune_miku tags, or redirect to the hatsune_miku tag

The tag doesn't exist though? If this is supposed to just be the equivalent of the search hatsune_miku splatoonification, you may as well just use that search instead.

Also, even if the tag did exist, it would have to be a character tag, meaning it won't be able to imply splatoonification, since cross-category implications aren't allowed.
