create alias transparent_footwear -> see-through_footwear
create alias transparent_headwear -> see-through_headwear
These tags are the same things, even the wikis already having essentially the same definitions. Plus, see-through seems to be the term used on danbooru for clothes while transparent is used for non-clothes objects, most transparent_* clothes tags already being aliased to see-through_* equivalents.
