Tank destroyer implications

BUR #39149 has been rejected.

create implication tank_destroyer -> military_vehicle
create implication tank_destroyer -> motor_vehicle

Missing implications since tank and self-propelled artillery already got one.

IMO this tag should be deprecated and split into tank (e.g. M18 Hellcat) and turretless tank (e.g. Elefant, Hetzer and others).
