Deprecate wrapping

BUR #39290 has been rejected.

deprecate wrapping
deprecate wrappings

There's a tag called wrapping, which seems to be originally intended for when someone is wrapping/being wrapped by something. However, it is currently being used on a bunch of stuff, such as tentacles, bandages, or even naked ribbon. So I think it should be deprecated along with the separate tag with S behind it.

What about tags for being coiled by tentacles for example? Because coiled isn't meant to be used that way, its only for coiled springs and snakes.

Afaik there's an equivalent tag for tentacle wrapping, but I guess it should be made soon tbh.

I think it's really nice to have 'verb' tags that specify that one or more characters are doing something with an object, rather than the object merely being present. ie, a book does not imply reading and thus a gift box or bandages does not imply wrapping.

That said, I'd be amenable to disambiguating the tag into 2-3 or more tags as needed to cover the various concepts. Gift wrapping is already in use to denote decoration for a gift box or similar item, but we could pull out the act of applying bandages and call that a 'bandaging' tag. Tentacles should probably be tagged as grabbing whatever body part is relevant, or possible add the enveloped tag, and as noted tails are already covered.

Honestly, I think we mostly already have tags that cover the concepts well, and there's just a couple that would still end up ambiguously sharing the same tag here.

Not soon; now. If you haven't considered creating or listing the alternatives for a deprecation wiki or in your BUR reasoning, or if a rename could be had, I don't think I can upvote. In another topic you said it was being mistagged but in this one you're saying it's a dumping ground so the message isn't really clear on the problem and what the resolution(s) are intended to be.
