Remove tag alias: serizawa

There are too many "serizawa" tags to pick one.

Wow, we have a whopping 18 serizawa_* tags, 11 of which are characters. Of those, the current alias predicate, serizawa_akane, accounts for just about 75% of the tag usage, which is still pretty dominating.

But yeah, single name to full name aliases are a no-no. This must be one of the earliest aliases, from before that rule was established.

dokuro_chan - latter refers to what is now an artist entry, character is actually mitsukai_dokuro
flipflops_(artist) - no entries for either

I stopped at page 49 (g) if someone wants to skim through the rest but that's about all the alias table browsing I can do.

flipflops_(artist) is ginko_(flipflops)

Oh that one should probably be changed from ginko_(artist) to ginko_(flipflops) then.

e: Ok yeah there's 5 ginko artists already removal is the best bet here.

Eh, "ginko" is simple enough a name that I'd rather get rid of ginko_(artist) altogether.
