Tag Type: holland_(hetalia)

Could someone with enough permissions change the tag type of the tag holland_(hetalia) from general to character?

I know, that there was a discussion about handling tag type vandalism, but as far as I can see there was no real conclusion about the handling that (forum #30145).
Will the current state of denying tag type changes be something temporary for another solution?

I was not aware that regular members could not change the tag type. It looks like somebody has already made the change to the tag.
