Change tagging to work instead by inputting the url’s for each tag wiki.

That way user's will have to read the wiki before tagging a post. It will remove mistagging and increase uploader engagement substantially.

Not good enough. We need to include a captcha for each tag added, and for tags with over 10k posts in them already users will have to answer a reading comprehension question to add it to a post.
