TIL this pose has an actual name. I'm for a utility alias, but foot on object sounds a bit unwieldy. At least, foot up, unless I misunderstand it, sounds like it should've served this purpose, though it's currently being used for any scenario where a single foot is up which... in nearly all the example posts sounds like it should just be leg up instead.
I do think this tag can use an alias because the name is not intuitive, but I don't know if foot on object is right.
I think foot on object may confuse some users and use it whenever a character is standing on any object. Also, a character might stand on a stair (not an object) and still make the pose, see post #8947190
