Seihou Reimu Implication

BUR #39799 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication hakurei_reimu_(seihou) -> hakurei_reimu

Second verse same as the first, just like I made and populated a tag for Seihou Yuukarin so too I did for Reimu

For the future, you can just make one thread for all the related BURs, to add a BUR to an existing thread just open the thread and then click "Request alias/implication"
