deprecate sun_stone
create implication sun_stone_(pokemon) -> evolution_stone
"Sun Stone" can refer to an item from either Kirby or Pokémon. I noticed some of the Pokémon posts had the sun_stone tag with no qualifier, so I removed the tag from those posts and tagged them with sun_stone_(pokemon) instead. All that's left to do now is deprecate the old tag, and move the implication.
