Rename Luffy's Gear forms

BUR #39852 has been rejected.

create alias gear_second -> gear_2
create alias gear_third -> gear_3
create alias gear_fourth -> gear_4
create alias gear_fifth -> gear_5

The official source labelled Luffy's Gear technique with numbers, not text. For example "Gear Second" is labelled as "Gear 2", and so on. Since fans also use this numeral labelling to refer to these form, I think the tags should be renamed to reflect this.

The bulk update request #39852 (forum #346628) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.

Rejected already. The alias should be implications instead. (ex: create implication gear_2 -> gear_second)

Huh? What do you mean?

What exactly are you implicating there? They refer to the same thing.

Feel free to resubmit the aliases (they shouldn't be implications) if you think they apply, I've been cleaning up BURs and this one was submitted by a banned user with a history of making terrible BURs, so I didn't spend too much time on it.
