Voodoo doll implications

create implication straw_doll -> voodoo_doll
create implication voodoo_doll -> doll

Voodoo doll is a type of a doll, and straw doll is basically a type of voodoo doll with exact same usage.

I feel like straw dolls and voodoo dolls should be separate from the general tag. They aren't toys and carry a different feeling than most of the posts in doll.

straw doll was originally waraningyou, which is a specifically Japanese thing. Voodoo dolls are a product of a different culture, on the other side of the world. That they have similar functions is purely coincidence. I can see no reason to not differentiate them.

The bulk update request #40041 (forum #347591) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
