It was noted back in forum #299523 that we have about double the amount of tags with a (movie) qualifier than (film), so it's about time something was done about that, but I'm going to propose this move with something more nuanced. Despite what was stated, there's actually more tags with (*_film) than there are (*_movie), so if we agreed to move those to have (*_movie) instead, then that'd be justification to finish the job and move the remaining (film) tags, ending the inconsistency.
