It seems the Japanese rendition (フィーナ, Fiina) doesn't match up with her official spelling. I may not be aware, but did the official spelling come from the Korean rendering?
Found this out when trying to search her after her guide skin was introduced today.

It's possible that the developers and storywriters had "Fina" in mind, and that this is reflected in the Japanese version, but the translators for the global version didn't know this. As far as I know, the original language was Korean, even though the Japanese version was released first, and the global version's translators worked from the Korean script. The reason it's rendered "Pina" in Korean is because Korean doesn't have a sound corresponding to either the English or the Japanese "F", and that "P" is its closest equivalent.

Looking at her design and skill ("Ignite once more!" When HP drops below 20%, heal self 1 time per battle), it's almost certainly intended to be "Phoena". But that got lost in the Korean and Japanese phonetic adaptations.
