pantyshot and bloomers

Question, should the pantyshot tag apply for bloomer panty shots to? The wiki seems to imply only panties are counted? Or does all underwear count?

Pantyshot implies panties, so no. Depending on the composition, bloomers could get a tag like upskirt.

Bloomers actually doesn't imply underwear anymore and I don't think it's usually treated as such for things like rating and the like, since it's more like puffy shorts under a skirt or dress for modesty purposes?
