Pentagram cutout is not meme attire.
According to the rei no mizugi wiki:

But if you follow the tag you'll see a bunch of totally unrelated clothing marked meme attire.
And this is after several years and no one has any questions? Seriously?
Which swimming costume are we talking about?
It's hard to say since there are two candidates.
The first swimming costume is mostly referred to as a ‘school swimsuit.’
