I want to create a tag "millennium_science_school_gym_uniform" to replace "yuuka_(track)_(blue_archive)" and "yuuka_(blue_archive)_(cosplay)" if the character is not Hayase yuuka.
Before the want, i editted them if millennium science school gym uniform is on millennium student, i editted them if millennium science school gym uniform is NOT on millennium student.

The Yuuka (track) you mentioned is an officially released alternate costume. That’s why it was made into a chartag. This is also, of course, the reason why Ako (track), Hasumi (track), and Mari (track) have own chartags as well.
And more importantly, this kind of issue shouldn’t be handled by forcibly editing tags — it should be addressed through a BUR.

They aren't trying to nuke yuuka (track) (blue archive), they're trying to do what we did with hibiki (cheer squad) (blue archive). I don't believe cosplay of Yuuka was eclipsing her the same way it was with Hibiki, though?
I do personally think it's a bit of a weird situation, since practically the only defining feature of Yuuka's version of the uniform is wearing her jacket off-shoulder.

Yeah? When I read that first comment, the word “replace” slightly bothered me. Thankfully, I found another official image showing a different character wearing the same outfit — asset #25948606.
Since there are multiple characters wearing the same outfit (blue track jacket with a Millennium logo print + blue buruma), I think it’s fine to use this costume tag.
Additionally, if there are specific elements that clearly indicate the character is meant to be Yuuka — like the star sticker/facepaint on her face, or her hairstyle — then it would make sense to also add yuuka_(track)_(blue_archive) yuuka_(blue_archive)_(cosplay) as well.

I wrote this because i don't want a edit war.
I undid them because you shouldn't have made the changes in the first place. AkaringoP already told you that. That's a change that needs to be discussed.
A few of them probably could have been left alone, but most of them are clearly based on Yuuka's version of the outfit. Even if we created a gentag for the outfit, I'd still be skeptical about removing the cosplay tags from those posts.
I had the same issue with millennium cheerleader outfit. We unilaterally nuked hibiki (blue archive) (cosplay) despite there being several posts that were clearly based specifically on her (or Kotori's) cheerleader outfit, so I had to go back through and retag them.

Doesn't matter what he thought you wanted to do, he was still right that you shouldn't have gone ahead with your idea before discussing it with other users.
