insect_collection utility alias

BUR #42030 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias butterfly_collection -> insect_collection
create alias lepidopterology_collection -> insect_collection

Second one is definitely overkill

Butterfly collection seems to be large enough that it would make sense to keep it in it's own tag and use insect collection as an umbrella tag so you can search insect collection - butterfly collection to actually find non butterfly collections.

The tag was empty though.
