I think the reasoning is obvious for this one
the issue i have with steaming body (and is partially related to this bur because it would mean creating a bunch of steam mistags) is that it's all too often used as a stand-in for smell, half of steaming_body -smell ~foot_focus ~armpits ~anus is particularly egregious. as someone who is not remotely into that kind of content, i've considered blacklisting steaming body in addition simply because of the amount of mistags.
i understand it can be hard to differentiate between a white puff of air and a white puff of air, but when the puffs are localized entirely on a fetishized part of the body, which is also right in your face, i think it becomes kind of obvious what the implication is.
