Stretched Limb Alias

BUR #42624 is pending approval.

create alias stretched_limb -> rubber_limbs

This tag is quite often misused for simple stretching posts (for good reason, given the name) so I think the name should be changed to something better, though rubber limbs is the best I can think of. Suggestions are welcome!

Could call them extendable limbs. TV tropes uses the term with stretching arms.
