Currently the wiki for English text reads not to use it with "trivial" text and lists examples including signatures and watermarks. It has come to my attention that it is getting added to posts such as Merry Christmas, Happy birthday, and Happy Halloween. My question is, do these count as English text or not? I would consider them to fall under "trivial" and not be what I'm looking for in an English text search where I'd want something more substantial, but strictly speaking they are English. Should the wiki be updated to include them as examples of what not to tag?
In a related question, while Merry Christmas's wiki and the other holidays states they're for the phrase in any language Happy Birthday uniquely does not. Is that an oversight that should be fixed or is it intentionally for "Happy Birthday" the English phrase only?
