I think if someone cared, it would've been done already. So far it's been maintained by a total of two users, one of which has no idea what he's doing (13 pages in post history out of 32 total) and the other has been banned for messing with tags three times already (19 pages out of 32).
oh i can see the problem it's like two types of things tagged as one so it ends up including all sorts of things nobody cares about
so post #9650048 is clearly something for someone with a collarbone fetish
while post #10105519 is probably cool to search for too
but everything else is like "you have a neck so it counts too"
imo this is a common problem where for certain things like hair/feet there is a billion different tags because the community is large and obsessed so we have lone nape hair and everyone is cool with that, but if you suggest that this muscle needs to be tagged when it sprouts from the collarbone this specific way you sound like a lunatic
gotta come up with a cool name like dimples of venus first or people won't take it seriously
