alias thigh_ring -> thighlet

create alias thigh_ring -> thighlet

I'm not sure what the difference is. thigh_ring doesn't have a wiki, so I'm going to assume that it was made by someone who didn't know the existence of the thighlet tag.

I think the idea might be that it's a smaller band of metal than a thighlet??? That'd be my first assumption on the name at least. Not that it's really is distinguishable from thighlet...

It needs some cleanup before the alias, because there are some thigh straps and the odd Amatsukaze post that was probably tagged because the metal thighband on her thighhighs
