some implications from the contortion wiki. can't do ruppelbend and quadfold because they don't have enough posts

i'm not sure if standing split or frontbend really should be counted as contortion specially when the split has 11k posts and contortion has 500 so i left those out

alternative BUR with direct implication

Some of the things under backbend -contortion are closer to flexible than deliberate contortion. Either those posts need to be moved somewhere else, or backbend can't imply contortion.
