create alias round_border -> circular_border
mass update oval_background OR oval_image -> oval_border -oval_background -oval_image
mass update round_image -oval_border -> circular_border
mass update circular_border oval_border -> -circular_border
too many tags for the same thing right now

i don't like it either but as per outside border's wiki the posts like post #8079825 count as outside border so we don't need oval background for that or we would need rectangular background for the counterpart. no need to argue that 2 and 3 are different because that ship has sailed already
same for circle
some people may argue that this isn't as good as "round" border because sometimes you don't have a perfect circle/oval but the name of the tag is circular border, it's not perfectly circular border, so it's okay if it's the circle is a bit deformed. i don't think anybody cares about that
this BUR deprecates round image, round border, oval background and oval image and moves existing posts to oval border and circular border. the outside border tag probably needs to be tagged manually on the few oval background but it should already be tagged in the other ones assuming people actually tagged it right
edit: i'm stupid, circular border was aliased to round border so i changed the BUR to just flip the alias instead
btw there is probably some posts that are tagged wrong currently like circles in the oval tags but it's not like the BUR can make the tags worse than they already are
we don't need to do anything to oval because it's a shape like circle
rounded corners is a tag for rounded rectangles so it doesn't have anything to do with the circle/oval tags except for sounding similar to the other round tags. also there is some circles in rounded corners too probably because of autocomplete?
