should phrase tags like "help", "yes", "no" be english-only?

i posted post #10372225 and i thought it should have the tag asking_for_help because the character is asking for help but then i tried to find an existing tag and found help so i used that but now that i think about it should help, yes, no, etc. be used only when the text in the post is literally "help" in english or can these tags be used when the text is in other languages like 助けて and ayuda?

like if yes/no pillows had はい/いいえ or イエス/ノー would the tag be valid? it gets complicated because there can be multiple words in japanese that translate to help/aid in english like 助け, 助けて, 手伝って and more even more for other languages, so i think they should be english only?

is it fine to update the wikis to say it's the "english word" that has to appear on the post instead of just the "word"?

I think so, yes. If it's in Japanese, for something so generic, it should be the romaji. The wiki for yes suggests it's for the English word.

Also I think it should be help (phrase) because help might think it's for horror kidnapping non-verbal "help me" scenes, or cheery "person helping another" scenes. yes and no can stay as-is.

I don't see why not.

I think the tag is also poisoned with yes-no pillows; I wouldn't include those at all. Sometimes the whole word isn't even visible, but I could see why you'd tag "yes" if a character is holding it very prominently as if saying it without saying it. If people want them separately, should split it into yes pillow and no pillow.
