I think there should be a tag for male yanderes as they are a rare breed in the anime community. Searching yandere role_reversal mostly shows female yanderes, with a few actual male yanderes, and male yanderes aren't exclusive to yaoi works as there are also male-on-female yandere behavior which could cross the line into the rape territory.
