By definition, they are two different sexual acts, both performed orally.
for fellatio, a person uses their mouth to stimulates another's penis,
while irrumatio is when a person thrusts their penis into another's mouth.

I understand that they are similar, but that's all the more reason to distinguish them clearly.

This will impacts a lot of tags under them, but I strongly insist that this topic should — at the very least — be discussed.

I don't see the problem here. They are subset/superset relation as concepts, which is perfectly modeled by danbooru tags.

edit: okay, I see a problem here. The words themselves have various different usages. For example the English wiki for Oral sex (enwiki) states

" Irrumatio is a forced form of fellatio where one actively forces their penis into the partner's mouth. "

while the English wiki for Irrumatio (enwiki) claims

" Irrumatio (also known as irrumation or by the colloquialism face-fucking) is a form of oral sex in which someone thrusts their penis into another person's mouth, in contrast to fellatio where the penis is being actively orally excited by a fellator. "

Fellatio is our umbrella tag for penis in mouth. There's no point in creating this distinction, it brings no benefit to searching.

The bulk update request #52240 (forum #405153) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
