create implication spine_(medium) -> animated
Reminded to pitch this today from topic #34335, requesting an implication for the same reason Live2D is currently implicated to animated (topic #19628). spine_(medium) -animated had one result (post #9365442) which is a mistag, per forum #197726 (it's an asset and therefore should not be tagged with the medium).
