Been rethinking my fate tagging practices with ascensions and whatever and recently came to a conclusion that resulted in me creating tags for Medusa (Fate/Stay Night) and Scathach (Lancer) (Fate) (among others), matching our existing tags for characters like Cu Chulainn (Fate/Stay Night), Elizabeth Bathory (Fate/Extra), BB (Fate/Extra), etc. Basically a way for me to address the fact that the "default"/original costumes for these characters aren't necessarily their most popular depictions anymore, but their default itself has a handful of few variations. I have previously gone on record saying that separating these into two different ascensions was a mistake (forum #358473), and I stand by that. So, in line with some long-existing tags and these new ones I recently populated, thought it was worth condensing the two tags into one tag, since the difference between the two is literally just "are her eyes covered up with a mask or not".
