Unalias portal gun

BUR #52679 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

remove alias portal_gun -> aperture_science_handheld_portal_device
create alias portal_gun_(portal) -> aperture_science_handheld_portal_device

The alias being removed here was created in topic #22313. As nonamethanks pointed out, other types of portal gun exist. This includes portal gun (rick and morty) but also includes things like post #10488524 where the gun is clearly inspired by the gun from portal series but is different.

I think we should have a generic tag for any portal guns. Specific portal guns from popular series can imply that tag.

On the other hand, I think "aperture science handheld portal device" is not a good name for the thing because everyone just calls it "the portal gun". I created alias "portal_gun_(portal)" so it can be found in search when someone types "portal gun".

Implications would probably be helpful too.

Rules say you shouldn't create implication if subtag is >90% of main tag and it is better to alias instead, but in this case alias is not a good solution. Are there any exceptions to that rule?

create implication portal_gun_(rick_and_morty) -> portal_gun

I cannot create BUR for the gun from portal but at least I can imply the rick and morty gun.
