watching is a very broad tag. the wiki says it's for "observing from a distance" but right now it is being used for voyeurism, watching television, watching_pornography (currently not a tag but the BUR for it is in the mentioned forum post) and the like
i would've proposed a deprecation but there's stuff like post #10522786 where she isn't watching television, but something on a tablet instead. maybe watching_on_device? i'm open to better names
