Heart belt is like the worst of these options. The belt isn't the part that's shaped like a heart. You can also have heart-shaped buckles on things that aren't belts in the first place, like chokers/collars and boots.

@Confetto Would it be better if I garden the heart belt tag to heart-shaped buckle and change the wiki to "A belt that has hearts decorated on it or made of multiple hearts."? Because there are some posts (post #9426211, post #7509032) that wouldn't work.

The others would fit best under other tags, like heart print + print belt and chain belt + some kind of tag about heart-shaped chains which we don't seem to have?
The second one you linked still looks like a buckle to me.
