Can I upload a paid reward is the Patreon or others is deleted?

Hi, I want to upload an image that was a paid reward, the original artist deleted his patreon/fanbox/gumroad, nor in his X or Pixiv profile list something similar, only in his Pixiv says that he accept request, but nothing about access to older images.

The paid reward wiki page doesn't say what to do when the Patreon or similar site of the creator is deleted

No.

I'd personally argue it should be allowed for preservation's sake at the least and it's not like anything is being taken from the artist given it can't be bought anymore (Basically I'm saying treat it like abandonware)
